What does a buyer's agent do?
A selling agent works for the seller and aims for the highest price. A buyer's agent works only for you: finding the right property, checking it properly and negotiating the best price and terms. We never represent both sides, and we never take on two clients with an identical brief.
What does it cost?
We charge an up-front engagement fee, followed by a fixed success fee. No commissions. Every fee is agreed in writing up front, so there are no surprises later.
Can you help me sell a property?
Yes. Our vendor advocacy service puts someone on the ground for you, from choosing the right selling agent and preparing the property, through to settlement.
I live interstate. Can you still buy for me?
Yes. We walk through every property in person and send you photos and honest notes, so you never rely on a selling agent's video.
Can you find properties before they're listed?
Yes. Our local connections mean we regularly see off-market properties, so you get a look before the wider market does.
